PC Support Technician: Practical Diploma for IT Careers
This diploma will help you develop essential skills to support end users and work in IT, ERP, and CRM environments using tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
The program equips you with key skills needed to thrive as a PC Support Technician, focusing on computer systems, operating systems, hardware, software, and networking.
You’ll also learn how to troubleshoot, configure, and resolve issues for users on both Windows and Linux platforms.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
